To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
SHIPPING: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
MASKS: We cannot refund a mask once its been opened. Please check sizes before purchasing. If unsure please get in touch for more info before ordering one.

- Big Jims Trims offers FREE standard delivery on all orders over 600,-
- Once we have accepted your order, please allow 3 -5 business days for us to process your order prior to us sending your order out for delivery.
- Customers will be contacted directly should we be unable to process orders in this time-frame. During peak or seasonal periods, please allow up to 6 business days after we have accepted your order for your order to be processed and then sent out for delivery.

Aqua, Cetyl Alcohol, Polyquaternium-7, Ricinus Communis (Castor Seed Oil), Dimethicone, Behentrimonium Chloride, Ceteareth-25, Phenoxyethanol, D-Panthanol & Aqua, Tocopherol, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Oil, Menthol Crystals
After shampooing, work a small amount onto the scalp and evenly distribute through hair.
Leave in for 2-5 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
