CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
Forsinkelsespolitikk / Late Policy:
🇳🇴 Hvis du blir forsinket til avtalen din, vennligst gi oss beskjed så snart som mulig. Vi vil gjøre vårt beste for å imøtekomme deg, men vær oppmerksom på at hvis du kommer mer enn 5 minutter for sent, kan vi måtte endre timeavtalen din for å sikre at vi kan gi best mulig service til alle våre kunder. 🇬🇧 If you are running late for your appointment, please give us a call to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please be aware that if you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment to ensure that we can provide the best service possible to all of our clients. 🇳🇴 Vi forstår at uforutsette omstendigheter kan oppstå, og du kan trenge å avbestille eller endre avtalen din. Hvis du trenger å avbestille eller endre avtalen, ber vi deg vennligst gi oss beskjed minst 24 timer i forveien. Dette gjør det mulig for oss å tilby avtale tiden til en annen klient som kanskje står på venteliste. Hvis du avbestiller eller endrer avtalen mindre enn 24 timer i forveien, forbeholder vi oss retten til å belaste en avbestillingsavgift på 50% av den totale kostnaden for den planlagte tjenesten.

🇬🇧 We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client who may be on our waiting list. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours in advance, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the scheduled service.

Ikke-møte-policy / No-Show Policy:
🇳🇴 Hvis du ikke møter opp til den planlagte avtalen uten forhåndsvarsel, forbeholder vi oss retten til å belaste en ikke-møte-avgift på 100% av den totale kostnaden for den planlagte tjenesten. I tillegg kan vi kreve et kredittkort på fil for å bestille fremtidige avtaler.
Vi verdsetter våre kunder og forstår at det noen ganger skjer ting som er utenfor din kontroll. Hvis du har ekstraordinære omstendigheter som hindrer deg i å møte opp til avtalen din, vennligst gi oss beskjed så snart som mulig slik at vi kan samarbeide med deg for å finne en løsning. 🇬🇧 If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee of 100% of the total cost of the scheduled service. In addition, we may require a credit card on file to book future appointments.
We value our clients and understand that sometimes things happen that are beyond your control. If you have extenuating circumstances that prevent you from making your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can work with you to find a solution.
